1 tbsp Salt.
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste.
1 tbsp Shan meat tenderizer.
1 tbsp Paprika.
1 tsp Cumin seeds.
1 tsp Red chili powder.
Sauté onion until its translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste. Fry it for a minute. Add meat and fry for 3-5 minute. Add salt. Cover and cook. Cook the meat in its own water. Stir occasionally. Add meat tenderizer. Cook for 40-45 minutes or until meat is tender. Once the water is dry fry the meat until oil comes out. Add paprika, chili powder, coriander powder and mix well. Than add tomatoes and cover and cook Cook for 15-20 minutes. Add fresh cilantro n green chili. Serve with Roti, Naan, Rice.
