Arroz con pollo; healthy and easy recipe.

1 chicken rotisserie breast,2 cups cauliflower,1/2 onion,1/4 cup green and red bell peppers,1/2 cup frozen vegetables,1 small zucchini,1tsp. chopped garlic oil,salt,black pepper,paprika and 1/4/cup of any broth I used beef but any flavor is ok. Or chicken bouillon and water will work too.
