Ingredients are chicken thighs cut in pieces cleaned and drizzle with vinegar and add salt. Fry in hot oil until golden then add slices of onions and garlic chopped.Keep stirring add 1 tsp turmeric,1/4 tsp ginger powder, 1tsp paprika powder,1/2 tsp black pepper and 1 chicken stock cube keep stirring to dissolve the stock. Add tbsp tomato paste, long red and green hot peppers slices ,skinless tomatoes cubes then 3 half boiled potatoes slices. Add boiled water on side of pan.Let it cook for few minutes. Sprinkle slices of coriander leaves.Ready to serve with rice.
