AUBERGINE PAN STICKER CURRY

2 aubergines, cut into 2cm thick slices
200 gms tinned chopped tomatoes
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp shrimp paste
2 finger chillies, finely chopped
1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
handful of fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
150 ml groundnut oil
1/4 tsp msg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tbsp paprika
