2 lbs. shrimp, cleaned
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 head garlic, crushed
1 cup mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1. Saute garlic with cooking oil until golden brown.
2. Add the shrimp and cook for 3/4 minutes.
3. Season with salt, pepper & smoked paprika.
4. Add the butter & sugar then stir for 1 minute.
5. Simmer for another 3-4minutes. Do not overcook the shrimp to avoid it from being rubbery.
