Ingredients

Plain greek yogurt 135g, finely minced garlic 1/2tsp, cayenne pepper 1/4tsp, salt and pepper, egg 2ea, water, white vinegar, dill, unsalted butter 70g, paprika powder 1/4tsp, cumin powder 1/4 tsp, chili flake 1tsp, turkish bread

Method

1. Set a greek yogurt aside for room temperature at least 30 minutes.
2. Prepare hot water in coffee pot.
3. Put yogurt, minced garlic, cayenne pepper powder, and pinch of salt & pepper in a bowl and mix them well on hot water bath.
4. Boil water in a pot, pour the vinegar, and make poached eggs (see video) (Recommended use a timer).
5. While the poached eggs are cooked, pick the dill herbs leaves and bake bread as crisp as you like (see video tips).
6. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over very low heat and mix paprika powder with chili flakes to make spicy butter. (Be careful not to burn butter)
7. Plate garlic yogurt and poached eggs in a prepared bowl, pour spicy butter, and eat it with toast bread.
