Ingredients:
6 tortilla wraps
250g paprika slices
250g corn
250ml cream
200g mozzarella cheese
1 zucchini
100g olives
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 spoon curry
1 spoon paprika
Fry the paprika slices and the corn with a bit oil in a large pan. Stir a few minutes and add chopped olives and zucchini pieces. Scatter salt, pepper, paprika & curry to it and stir a few minutes. Now pour the cream to it and mix everything to the right consistency.
Place a tortilla wrap in an oven spring form and place a few spoons fliing on it. Cut the mozzarella balls in half and place a few on top. Now make a few more layer like this.
Put the form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 15 minutes. Now it is time to grab a piece and enjoy. Look at my other work.
