When I create & make a recipe, the most important thing is that my boys enjoy that dish.
So if I created this dish into a full recipe, it is because my men LOVED it!

The ingredients you’ll need:
Tomatoes
Onions
Garlic cloves
Green olives
Soy strips
Spices
Tomato paste
Green onions
Cilantro
Homemade feta cheese (optional)

Before you start
Soak in hot water
7 large tomatoes, cut at the bottom, slice an X onto it
In a pan start frying:
6 onions, diced
6 garlic cloves, diced or minced
1 cup green olives, diced
1 pack 270g soy strips
After frying for about 10-15 minutes on medium-high heat add spices
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
While it’s frying you can start peeling & dicing tomatoes, place into a bowl
When done dicing, add into a frying pan
Then add:
1 can of tomato paste
Continue to cook with lid on for 10-15 on medium to high heat
Dice the next ingredients while the tomatoes are cooking
Small bunch of green onions
Small bunch of cilantro
Also add (optional)
2 cups homemade feta cheese
Add and continue to cook for another 5-10 minutes!
