Simple Keto Vegan Zucchini Chips.Crispy and moreish, party perfect with dips or sprinkled over salads.
Put a bowl of these out next time you have guests and see how fast they disappear.

Flavour them to your preference using spices and cheese and use them to top salads as well as gracing your next cheese platter.

Keep crispy by storing them in the cupboard in an air tight container with a piece of kitchen paper.
They last about 1 week as long as it hasn’t been humid, but if they get a little soft, just add them to your next soup or scrambled eggs. They give them a great flavour without making them watery.
