Smokey Paprika chicken with Lentils
This taste sensation took about 5mins to prep and 12mins to cook!
2 chicken breasts – thinly sliced
1-2 packs of microwave lentils
salt & pepper
Method – thinly slice the courgette, rub with oil and season.
Place in a griddle pan.
Rub the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika and the rind of half a lemon.
Fry for 6mins each side or until cooked.
Heat the lentils with a can/box of tomato, add the juice of half a lemon
Stir through spinach & serve.
