Preheat oven to 400°
You will need:
4 chicken thighs
1 cup rice
2cups chicken broth
Parsley flakes (2tsp)
Seasonal salt (2tsp)
Paprika (4 tsp)
Black pepper (2tsp)
Adoba seasoning (2tsp)
Accent (2tsp)
1 half onion
1 table spoon minced garlic
In a large bowl sprinkle 1 teaspoon of all seasoning over your cleaned chicken and massage thoroughly.
Place a pan with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on medium high heat, once your oil is hot place your chicken into the pan browning chicken on both sides.(remember we are not cooking the chicken we are only browning)
Once chicken is brown on both sides take chicken out of the oil and place aside. Add your garlic and onion to your hot oil and sauté for about a minute and a half. After a minute and a half add your rice and your chicken broth to your onion and garlic sprinkle 1 teaspoon of each season into your chicken broth and stir.
At the chicken that you placed aside into your broth and rice mix placing a lid on top of the pan and place in the oven at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes
