Paprika Rice
To make this you will need:
1-2 Tablespoons butter
Hard salami (beef or pork or other) cut up in cubes or pieces
One green pepper, diced
Fresh curly parsley (the parsley part only not the stems)
One tomato, skinned
(To skin the tomato put it in hot water for a minute or so. This makes the peel soft and it will come off very easily after that. The reason to peel the skin off of the tomato is because the skin does not cook down in the dish. Instead it will fall off of the tomato and end up in the final dish and it will need to be fished out because it is not edible so just skin the tomato beforehand.)
