LUNCH BREAK – CREAMY PAPRIKA CHICKEN – EP72
For this dish, we take chicken cutlet that is cut up into cubes. and season & cook it with olive oil, parsley flakes, chives, black pepper, sea salt, paprika and adobo. Once cook for a bit, we lower the temperature to low to medium heat and add heavy cream, milk and flour. Then we mix all of this thoroughly until everything is well blended together. We take long grain rice that is cooked for 90 seconds in the microwave (ready to eat rice) and add a can of corn and a tablespoon of butter to it. Once everything is cooked we plate it together and serve.
