Smoked Paprika Deviled Eggs // Tasty Bit 74

If you want to knock everyone else’s deviled eggs out of the park, you have to make my smoked paprika deviled eggs with prosciutto crespelle. Prosciutto crespelle are simply prosciutto pieces that have been baked in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes until they are crispy, like meat shrinky dinks. These deviled eggs are so easy to make, yet taste like they belong on the menu of a trendy restaurant. I am an equal opportunity employer when it comes to Deviled eggs. I love them all, but I have to say, just like you truly do have a favorite child, this is my favorite deviled egg child. (I don’t have a favorite child)

You will need:

6 perfectly hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayo
1 t or more Spicy Pimentón
Sea Salt
2-3 prosciutto crespelle
