A very simple yet delicious chicken recipe you can make in half an hour.
Ingredients:
1 kilo bone-in chicken thighs
2 Tablespoon Canola Oil
2 cups Chicken Stock
1/2 cup cream + 1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon Paprika
carrots
peas and mushroom (optional)
Parsley for garnish ( *I use cilantro as well )
Marinade:
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
