by Papri

Sawyer and I enjoy a lunch of noodles and original recipe scallops at our bushcraft camp in the dead of winter.

Combine and coat the scallops with:
1 TBS of smoked paprika
1/4 TSP of salt
1/4 TSP of cayenne
1/4 TSP of Cumin
1/4 TSP of oregano
Place scallops in a pan heated on high heat and sear each side for 2 minutes
Cook on lower heat for an additional 1.5 minutes a side

Serve and enjoy
