Hozzávalók: 1 pár paprikás kolbász (30 dkg) 70 dkg krumpli 2 paradicsom 1 paprika 1 fej hagyma 2 e.k. őrölt paprika 3-4 e.k. olaj bors só fél l víz

Közepes lángon dinszteld meg az olajban az apróra vágott hagymát.
Add hozzá a pirospaprika örleményt, majd az apróra vágott paprikát és paradicsomot. Öntsd föl a vízzel, sózd meg és add hozzá a hasábokra vágott krumplit vágd karikára a kolbászt és 15 perc alatt főzd közepes lángon puhára és tálalhatod

Tipp: Olaj helyett füstölt szalonna zsírján is elkezdheted a hagyma dinsztelését, jó kis füstös ízt ad neki. Vigyázz, mert ha a krumplit túlfőződ akkor bébipapi lesz belőle! Tehetsz bele bármi csípőset, tunkold friss kenyérrel a szaftját!

Serves: four people
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Difficulty: easy

two sausages (30 dkg)
70 dkg potatoes
2 tomatoes
1 pepper
1 onion
2 tablespoons of ground paprika
3-4 tablespoons of oil
0.5 litre of water

1. Sauté the sliced onion over a medium flame.
2. Add the ground paprika, then the sliced pepper and the tomatoes.
3. Add the water, season with salt and add the potatoes which you previously sliced.
4. Slice the sausages and add them to the potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes untill soft, then serve.

You can also sauté the onions in smoked bacon fat, this would give it the typical smoky flavour. Be careful, if you cook the tomatoes for too long, they will turn into baby food. You can add hot spices and dip bread into the sauce.
