So easy to make and simply delicious, you only need a few ingredients to make an incredible dinner in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
200g minced meat 1 onion 50g rice 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp mixed herbs 1 tsp fresh dill 1 tsp spices Paprika 4 eggs
METHOD
Pour the minced meat, onion, rice, dill, salt, pepper, spice into a bowl and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 4 bowls and press down, making a hole in the middle.
Pour one egg into each bowl, sprinkle over some paprika and steam the bowls until the egg is cooked.
