Hungarian cuisine – Paprikas krumpli with galuska (potatoes in sweet paprika sauce)

Ingredients (for 4 portions):

1. Potatoes: 1 kg
2. Ground sweet paprika: 1.5 tbsp
3. Sausages (or chorizo): 300 gr
4. Bacon (for cooking): 50 gr.
5. Salt, pepper, onions, cornstarch, water. Pork fat (optional, you can use cooking oil instead)

For the galuska:
6. Egg: x 1
7. Plain flour: 100 gr
8. Warm water: 30 – 50 ml
