6 tortilla wraps
300g feta cheese
50g tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Fry the paprika a few minutes with a bit oil in a hot pan them add tomato paste and mix everything. Cut the olives and jalapenos in small pieces and give them in the pan. Add salt, pepper & cream and mix it again. Now let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Place a tortilla wrap in a oven spring form and give a few spoon sauce on it. Now crumble a bit feta cheese on top. Make a few more layers like this.
Put the form in the oven at 150 degrees celsius circulating air for about 20 to 30 minutes. Now grab a piece scatter a bit oregano on top and enjoy. Look at my other work.
