Here is what you will need- Chicken thighs skinless or skin on, rice any kind, 2 fresh garlic cloves, red bell peppers, chicken broth, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, butter 2 tbsps., olive oil . Wash and clean chicken, than pat dry season with seasons, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder front and back, take pan place on stove add in 2tbsps of butter follow by olive oil lay chicken in pan skin side up let brown on both sides than remove chicken from pan than add in chopped garlic cloves and slice red bell peppers stir in pan for 2 -3 minutes than add in rice of your choice stir it around than add in chicken broth stir add back in the chicken cover and let come to a boil than reduce the heat to low/simmer for 30-35 minutes until water absorb once done enjoy with or without your favorite side dish happy eating!!
