Ingredients:
500g paprika (green, red, yellow)
400g ground beef
250ml cream
50g tomatoe paste
1 onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1,5 teaspoons paprika
Cut the paprikas & the onion in small pieces. Fry the meat with a bit oil in a hot pan stir a few minutes and add the onion & paprika pieces. Scatter salt, pepper & paprika on top and stir again a few minutes. Now add tomatoe paste and mix everything. Add the cream and mix it.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Now it is time to enjoy with rice, pasta, potatoes or….Look at my other work.
