1 red paprika, 1 orange paprika, 1 yellow paprika, 3 strip thinly sliced pork belly, flour, 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1. De-seed and remove the stalk and vertically slice in 2cm thick.
2. Oil the frying pan and slightly cook.
3. Season the thinly sliced pork belly with salt and pepper.
4. Coat the cooked paprika with flour and skew with thinly sliced pork belly.
5. Oil the frying pan and cook through. Brush off teriyaki sauce and cook once again.
