250g cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon thyme
2 spoon paprika
Give a few spoons oil in a bowl and add salt, pepper, paprika & thyme. Mix everything together and give the cherry tomatoes in the bowl. Cut the paprika in pieces and remove the seeds. Peel the onions and cut them in pieces. Put the paprika and the onion pieces in the bowl. Cover the bowl with a lid a shake it a minute. Now impale the ingredients on wooden skewers.
Place the skewers on an oven plate and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air. After 25 to 30 minutes they are ready to enjoy. Look at my other work.
