Oven Fried Paprika Chicken

Oliver is such a fan of Chicken Parm that he wanted to try another take on it. So, here he is walking you through cooking chicken parm.

Here’s what you’ll need

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, trimmed
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted

We baked the chicken for the amount of time suggested by the recipe and they were quite dry. We tried it again at 20 minutes and they were a lot better. So, make sure that your oven is completely preheated before you put them in and check them at 20 minutes to see how they’re doing in your oven
