Brussels Sprouts seems to be on the menu at every trendy restaurant here in San Francisco, and I completely understand why. They’re delicious! But let me tell you, grilled Brussels sprouts….WHOA. Even easier than roasting and so much FLAVOR!
To me, the best part about roasted Brussels sprouts is the crispy char you get form the outer leaves. By grilling them, you get even more of that delicious char! Combined with smoked paprika and a hint of fresh lemon juice, these may just be the best Brussels sprouts I have ever tasted. Seriously!
I had never even thought about grilling them before, but I got this new grill basket from Fire and Fam, and all of a sudden, grilling brussels sprouts is not only a possibility, but it’s super easy! I’ve never owned a grill basket before, and now I’m legitimately obsessed.
