ONE-POT SHRIMP & RICE RECIPE:
1.5 pound (XL) Shrimp ,shelled & deveined
2 cups basmati rice
1.5 cups green peas
1 medium size onion, chopped
3 cloves minced garlic
10 pieces cherry tomatoes ,cut in half
4 yellow & red sweet bell peppers, cut into stripes
2 Tbsp Tomato paste
1/2 fresh lemon, juice of
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp paprika powder
1/2-1 tsp garlic powder
4.5 cups chicken stocks or broth
2.5 Tbsp salted butter
2 Tbsp Olive oil
