Fish Fillet with Creamy Paprika Sauce
Ingredients

Marination
Salt
White pepper
Oil

Paprika Sauce
Butter – 1 tsp
Spring Onions – 3 no
Chopped Garlic – 1 tsp
Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
All purpose flour(Maida) – 1 tsp
Milk – 1 cup
White pepper
Paprika powder

Method:
Marination of fish:
1.Marinate the fish with little Salt, White Pepper and Oil.

2.Let it sit for about 10 minutes.

For Paprika Sauce:
1.Take a wide sauce pan(Buy at https://goo.gl/zf295y), add a tsp of butter, thinly sliced Spring Onions, a tsp of chopped Garlic, a tsp of finely chopped Ginger, a tsp of all purpose flour or Maida, one cup of milk and mix it all together.
2.Season it with some Salt, White Pepper, some paprika powder(Buy at https://goo.gl/i58Jpj) and mix it well.
3.Let it simmer in low flame for a minute till it thickens.
Paprika is ready.

Fish fillet:
1.Drizzle some Oil in a wide sauce pan, once it is nice and hot. (Buy pan at https://goo.gl/zf295y)
2.Place the marinated fish pieces onto the hot pan.
3.Cook on skin side first on medium low till the skin is nice and crispy.
4.Flip the fish pieces and cook other side for about two minutes and your fish is ready to serve.
Serve it with Paprika Sauce and Garnish it with spring Onions.
