When I make fresh paprika, I always feel like the best way to showcase it is to sprinkle it over freshly made hummus.
walnuts (about 1 cup)
sesame seeds (about 1 tbs)
cooked chickpeas (about 1 cup)
fresh garlic cloves to taste
salt to taste
lemon juice or apple cider vinegar (about 1 tbs)
extra virgin olive oil (about 1/4 cup)
Puree all in a food processor until smooth. Serve with paprika sprinkled on top and extra virgin olive oil drizzled over.
