Recipe:High Protein Hummus with Cumin & Paprika for Snacks & Meals by Chef Pachi
High Protein Hummus
2 cups drained garbanzo
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 tablespoons garbanzo cooking liquid
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 clove garlic
½ teaspoon toasted cumin seeds-op
paprika or cayenne pepper pinch

Process all ingredients to a smooth paste and refrigerate until ready to serve.


2 tazas de garbanzo escurrido
3/4 taza de yogurt griego
1/4 taza de aceite de sésamo
2 cucharadas de garbanzo líquido para cocinar
2 cucharadas de jugo de limón
2 cucharadas de cilantro fresco picado
1 diente de ajo
½ cucharadita de semillas de comino tostadas-op
pizca de pimentón o pimienta de cayena

Procese todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una pasta suave y refrigere hasta que esté listo para servir.
