In this long-overdue episode, I’ll be showing you how to spatchcock, or remove the spine, of a chicken, before turning it into a tasty and easy dinner!
You will need:
1 chicken, preferrably free-range.
1 lemon, squeezed
Paprika: The amount varies on your taste, but at least two teaspoons
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
4 cloves of garlic
10 new potatoes
Optional: Side salad
This will easily server four people, and makes for a lovely dinner no matter what time of year!
