This is the tastiest grilled fish ever!!!
INGREDIENTS:
* Fresh mixed chillies
*4 cloves garlic
* Thumb size fresh ginger
* 1 medium red onion
* 1medium shallot
* 150g sundry tomatoes soaked in 2 tablespoons sunflower
* 1 tablespoon dry parsley
* 1 tablespoon thyme
* 1 teaspoon white pepper
* 1 teaspoon black pepper
* 1 tablespoon paprika
* 1/2 cup fresh basil
About half of the mixed chillies, 50g sundry tomatoes and half onions should be set aside to make a side hot sauce to eat with the yam.
