500g chicken breast
100g spring onions
100g mozzarella cheese
salt, pepper & curry
Cut the chicken breast, spring onions & zucchini in small pieces. Put them in a bowl and scatter a teaspoon salt, a teaspoon pepper, a few spoons oil & a spoon curry to it. Mix everything together. Cut the paprika in half and remove the seeds. Fill the paprika and place them in an oven form. Put the leftover in the form and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air.
Scatter a half teaspoon salt, a half teaspoon pepper & a teaspoon curry to the cream and mix everything. After 20 minutes pour the cream over the chicken and place mozzarella cheese on top. Put the form back und the oven for another 15 to 20 minutes. Now grab a portion and enjoy. Look at my other work.
