Smoked Paprika Chicken Wrap with Wasabi Mustard Sauce

A complete meal on the go with all the appealing flavours in one wrap. Marinate these chicken fillets and zip them up in your freezer bags. They are always an option for a quick meal fix. The Wasabi sauce too can stay good in your fridge for up to two weeks-just toast some pitas-grab some crunchy lettuce and you are great to go.
4 chicken breast fillets
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, squeezed
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard paste
1-1/2 teaspoons wasabi paste
2 tablespoons honey
1-1/2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
5-6 pita rounds
