2 Large Chicken Breasts, Each Cut into Two Pieces, Half TBSP Ground Black-Pepper, 1 and Half TBSP Smoked Paprika Powder, Half TBSP Salt, Half TBSP Dried Mixed Herbs, 4 – 5 TBSP Olive Oil, 3 Finally Chopped White or Red Onions, 3 Cloves of Crushed Garlic, 2 and Half Glasses of Long Grain Rice (Basmati, Jasmine etc.) Make sure to Wash and Soak them in waster for 20 minutes and then drain the water, 3 and Half Glasses of Chicken Broth, 1 TBSP Ground Black-Pepper for Rice, Salt to Taste for the Rice.
For the sauce you will need, 2 – 3 TBSP Pickled Sliced Jalapenos, 4 – 5 TBSP Water from the Pickled Jalapenos Jar, Handful Fresh Coriander, Half TBSP Lemon Juice, Pinch of Salt. If you want the sauce to be more thick then add less water from the jar. Please ENJOY!!!
