Paprika Sauce for Schnitzel
This recipe is simple version, others may have different way to cook.

Ingredients :
Trio bell pepper/paprika, cut into small cubes
500 ml water
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp chili flakes, optional
salt & pepper
1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
sugar to taste

Directions :

Boil 500 ml water, after boil put all paprika. Cover and cook until softened.
Add tomato paste, chili (if using), salt, pepper, smoked paprika powder, sugar. Stir.
Cover the pan, simmer until the sauce thickened. Stir and check to adjust the taste according to your desired.
Prepare Schnitzel and salad on a plate. Spoon some paprika sauce and put on top of the Schnitzel.
Enjoy !
