8 pieces of bone in chicken thighs
2 tbls kosher salt
1 sprig of thyme

Part 2
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbls thyme

Part 3

1 red bell pepper
4 medium carrots
4 shallots cut in fourths lengthwise
2 stalks of celery
4 gold potatoes

Bake on 400 for an hour and a half.
