Goulash…there are many different varieties of Goulash, depending on the region. This is a Polish Style Goulash called Gulasz. This version can be made with beef or pork. The Wolfe Pit shows you how to make a Beef Gulasz with bite size pieces of beef chuck roast, peppers, onions and mushrooms simmered to melt in your mouth perfection in a rice and savory sauce. Serve over classic potato pancakes, noodles or dumplings!
