600g chicken breast
400g snack paprika
400g chopped tomatoes
salt, pepper & paprika
Cut the chicken breast in small pieces. Scatter salt, pepper & paprika to it and mix everything together. Remove the stalks and seeds from the paprika and fill it with chicken breast pieces. Give the tomatoes in a bowl and pour cream to it. Add chives, parsley, salt, pepper & paprika. Mix it together, place the paprika in an oven form and pour the tomatoe cream mix over the stuffed paprika. Cover the oven form with aluminum foil. Put the form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air.
After 30 minutes remove the aluminum foil and put the form back in the oven for another 30 minutes to finish it. Now grab a portion and enjoy. Look at my other work.
