1) Cling film
INGREDIENTS
 3 potatoes
 Olive oil
 Rosemary
METHOD

Wrap each potato in cling film. Make several holes with a toothpick.
Microwave for 5 minutes.

————————————————– 2) Water
INGREDIENTS
 3 potatoes
 4 tbsp water
 Olive oil
 Rosemary
 
METHOD

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Place in a bowl and add water.
Microwave for 5 minutes.
Place a little rosemary and oil on a plate, add the potatoes, salt, and return to the microwave for 6 minutes on the grill function.
