15 min meals | Grilled paprika- mozzarella sandwich : A tasty lunch treat

Sandwiches are the queens of meal times: delicious, easy to make and compatible with whatever you have in the fridge. Mozzarella sandwich is one of these delicious treats, that everyone loves but could not really think of it in the need of quick bites. That is why, it should be in our list!

Ingredients: Paprika, cherry tomato, buffalo mozzarella (other mozzarella types are also fine but buffalo is preferred option), green pesto sauce and ciabatta bread.

1- Slice paprika and grill it in the electrical grill for about 10 min.

2- In the mean time, slice down ciabatta bread.

3- Slice buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomato.

4- Then, place buffalo mozzarella, tomatoes and grilled paprika inside the ciabatta bread.

5- Add pesto sauce on the top of them.

Ready for service! Bon apetite!

Lezzetleri, kolay yapilabilir olmalari ve buzdolabinda bulunan hemen herseyle uyumlu olmalari dolayisiyla, sandvicler yemek zamanlarinin kralicesi sayilabilirlar. Mozarella sandvic bunlara guzel bir ornektir. Herkesin kendisini sevmesine ragmen, hizli ve saglikli bir atistirmaliga ihtiyac duydugumuzda kolayca akla gelmemesi oldukca sasirtici. Bu yuzden onu buradaki listemizde tutmaya karar verdik! Ismini gormeniz bile onu secmeniz icin yeterli degil mi?

Icindekiler: Paprika, ceri domates, bufalo mozarella (diger mozarella turleri de olabilir tabi, ancak bufalo tercihimizdir), yesil pesto sosu ve ciabatta ekmegi.

1- Paprikayi dograyin ve elektrikli izgarada 10 dakika kadar pisirin.

2- Bu arada, ciabatta ekmegini ortadan kesin

3- Mozarella ve domatesi ince ince dograyin.

4- Mozarella, domates ve kizartilmis paprika parcalarini ekmegin icine yerlestirin.

5- Uzerine pesto sosu ekleyin.
