Written Recipe:
Ingredients
Eggs 4 Large
Olive Oil 3 tbsp
Onion Paste or chopped 1 large
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Tomatoes chopped 1 cup
Green chilies sliced 2 medium
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Blackpepper powder 1/2 tsp
white pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1/4 tsp (optional)
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin(zeera) crushed 1 tsp
Coriander(dhaniya) crushed 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander for garnishing
Preparation:
1)Take 8 to 9 inch Pan and let it heat at medium to high flame.
2)Add Ginger garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds.
3)Add Onion and cook for 1 and 1/2 minutes or until water dries up.
4)Add Tomatoes and cook for a minute.
5)Add Remaining ingredients except eggs and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
6)Make 4 holes with spoons in this mixture and pour eggs one by one with help of bowl.
7)Cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
&Serve with toasted breads and enjoy a delicious breakfast at home.
