10 Minute Grilled Pork Shoulder Brisket on Gravity Series 560 – Masters of Smoke

Ingredients:
• 1 pack of Prairie Fresh pork shoulder brisket (2 pieces each pack)
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika BBQ sauce (optional)

Instructions:
1. Set Gravity Series Grill/Smoker to 350 degrees
2. In a small bowl mix all dry ingredients together
3. Completely coat pork with dry rub
4. Grill for 5 minutes per side. (total 10 minute or until internal temp is 145 degrees)
5. Pull off grill and let rest for 5 to 10 minutes. (internal temp will rise to 155 degrees) Serve and enjoy

Masters of Smoke Pro Tips:
– Season pork and let set out at room temperature for 15 minutes while you get your Grill ready
– If you are waiting on your guest to arrive, wrap in aluminum foil to keep warm and juicy.
