1 kg. Red Bulgarian pepper
1 kg. Carrots
Bitter pepper,garlic
Coriander, parsley, basil
Dried coriander, paprika, meat seasoning
3 tbsp. Sugar
100 ml. Vinegar
200 ml. oil
3 tbsp. Salt
