Ein Kilo Rindfleisch
Eins bis zwei Zwiebeln
1 EL scharfes paprika
3 EL paprika
1 EL Tomatenmarkt
3 knoblauch
3 Lorbeeren
Öl zum Anbraten
1 Liter Gemüsebrühe
Wer mag kann 3 rote Paprika mit kochen
Zum würzen : Salz und Pfeffer
Servieren:
Nudeln, Reis, Kartoffeln oder Knödel

كيلو لحم البقر من جهت الكتف
واحد حتى اثنين بصل
م ك من ببريكة حار
3 م ك ببريكة حلو
1 م ك معجون طماطم
3 حبات ثوم
3 حبات ورق الغار (ورق سيدنا موسى)
زيت
لتر مرق الخضار
ملح و الفلفل الاسود حسب الذوق
لبحب يعمل 3 حبات الفلفل الأحمر يطبخ معه
يقدم مع :
المكرونه، رز و البطاطس
يبقى لكم الاختيار
بالصحة والراحة
