ملح فلفل اسود بهارات إيطاليا بابريكا مدخنة ثوم مجفف
اترك كمية البهار حسب كمية الدجاج

الطريقة.

ابهر الدجاج من الجهتين ثم احضر صينيه أضع فيها زيت زيتون. ثم احمر الدجاج تقريبًا كل جهه خمس دقايق. وإذا رغبت ممكن اكثر
أضعها في صحن تغطيها بقصدير ترتاح قليلا وبالعافية
