Very simple, 3 ingredients mango ice cream you can easily whipped up in seconds! A dash of paprika helps to add a little extra kick. Make sure it has to freeze overnight to achieve “ice cream like” fluffy and creamy texture.
只需要3種食材,在家就能輕鬆做出芒果冰淇淋喔!再加入一些匈牙利辣椒粉,別有風味!芒果收汁濃縮時,需要特別小心,必須要攪拌避免燒焦。成品要冷凍一夜後再享用,有著類似冰淇淋的乳香和綿密口感。 特別適合大人小孩一起製作。

240 heavy cream
500 mango puree reduce to 1/2
190 condense milk
1~2tsp paprika (*optional)
