কালো গোল মরিচের গুড়া: আধা চা চামচ
দারুচিনি গুড়া: আধা চা চামচের কম
বাঁশের কাঠি
টক দই:৩ টেবিল চামচ
লেবুর রস:১ টেবিল চামচ
বেকিং সোডা: এক চিমটি
সয়া সস:২ টেবিল চামচ
বাটার ঘি:১ টেবিল চামচ

Paprika: 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder: One and a half tablespoons
Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon

Sour yogurt: 3 tablespoons
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Baking soda: a pinch
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Butter ghee: 1 table spoon
