750 boneless chicken thigh
Half tsp turmeric
1 tsp cayenne powder or you can use paprika powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
Half tsp clove power (lobongo gura)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup mustard oil
Salt to taste

Sauce

2 tbsp each – tomato sauce , yogurt and mayo.
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper
