В дополнение к предыдущеме рецепту с Кимчи из Паприки готовим Барбекю с Паприкой^^ Эти два блюдо идельно дополняют друг друга на столе, как по цвету, так и по вкусу !!!
Ингредиенты:
деревянные палочки для канапе
говядина (стейк) 150г
паприка 1 красная и 1 жёлтая (2 шт)
лук 1 шт
растительное масло 2 ст.л.
Соус:
вода 150 мл
1 красный перец чили
Мирин (рисовое вино) 2 1/2 ст.л.
соевый соус 2 1/2 ст.л.
сахар 2 1/2 ст.л.
кунжутное масло 1 ст.л.
крахмал 1/2 ст.л. (опционально)
Соус – маринад:
соевый соус 1 ст.л.
Мирин (рисовое вино) 1 ст.л.
свежий грушевый сок 1 ст.л. (опционально)
молотый зеленый лук 1 ст.л.
молотый чеснок 1 ст.л.
сахар 1 ст.л.
мёд 1 ч.л.
кунжутное масло 1 ст.л.
молотые кунжутные семена 1/2 ст.л.
черный молотый перец 1/3 ч.л.
Способ приготовления:
1) Тонко нарежьте мясо кусками в 3-5 см длиной.
2) Смешайте ингредиенты соуса-маринада и перемешайте с мясом.
3) Маринуйте мясо 30 минут.
4) Поместите в кастрюлю ингредиенты для соуса и кипятите 10-20 минут. Затем остудите полученный соус.
5) Нарежьте паприку и лук кусками в 3-5 см длиной.
6) Наденьте на деревянные палочки паприку, мясо и лук.
7) Смажьте барбекю соусом.
8) Пожарьте барбекю на среднем огне до готовности мяса несколько раз промазывая барбекю соусом.

Ingredients:
wooden sticks for canapes
beef (steak) 150g
1 red and 1 yellow paprika (2 pcs)
onion 1 pc
cooking oil 2 tbsp
Sauce – marinade:
soy sauce 1 tbsp
Mirin (rice wine) 1 tbsp
fresh pear juice 1 tbsp (optional)
ground green onions 1 tbsp
ground garlic 1 tbsp
sugar 1 tbsp
honey 1 tsp
sesame oil 1 tbsp
ground sesame seeds 1/2 tbsp
ground black pepper 1/3 tsp
Sauce:
water 150 ml
1 red dried chili
Mirin (rice wine) 2 1/2 tbsp
soy sauce 2 1/2 tbsp
sugar 2 1/2 tbsp
sesame oil 1 tbsp
starch 1/ tbsp (optional)
Cooking method:
1) Thinly slice the meat into pieces 3-5 cm long.
2) Combine the marinade sauce ingredients and stir in the meat.
3) Marinate meat for 30 minutes.
4) Place the sauce ingredients in a pan and simmer for 10-20 minutes. Then cool the resulting sauce.
5) Cut the paprika and onion into 3-5 cm long pieces.
6) Put paprika, meat and onions on wooden sticks.
7) Brush the barbecue with sauce.
8) Grill the barbecue over medium heat until the meat is tender, brushing with the barbecue sauce several times.
